Homemade Ranch Dressing

This creamy homemade Ranch Dressing is so much better than store-bought! Fresh herbs,  garlic, and buttermilk make it rich, tangy, and full of flavor. Perfect for dipping, salads, drizzling over chicken and veggies. Quick to make and ready in just 5 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 120 g (½ cup) sour cream
  • 120 g (½ cup) buttermilk
  • 120 g (½ cup) mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives (or green onion), chopped
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper, ground
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1–2 tsp lemon juice (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together sour cream, buttermilk, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Add minced garlic, chopped dill, parsley, and chives. Mix well.
  3. Season with onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavor. Stir until combined.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best taste.

Serve with salads, chicken wings, fresh veggies, or as a dip for fries!
