Ingredients:
- 120 g (½ cup) sour cream
- 120 g (½ cup) buttermilk
- 120 g (½ cup) mayonnaise
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh chives (or green onion), chopped
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp black pepper, ground
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1–2 tsp lemon juice (to taste)
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together sour cream, buttermilk, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add minced garlic, chopped dill, parsley, and chives. Mix well.
- Season with onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Squeeze in fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavor. Stir until combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the best taste.
