PEACH COBBLER Recipe — EASY Homemade Dessert

This classic peach cobbler is buttery, fruity, and incredibly easy to make! With juicy peaches, a soft golden crust, and a touch of vanilla and lemon zest, it’s the ultimate comfort dessert. Perfect for summer gatherings or cozy nights — serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

Ingredients:

  • 5–6 peaches
  • 100 g unsalted butter
  • 110 g brown sugar
  • 30 g white sugar
  • 170 g all-purpose flour (about ¾ cup)
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 170 g milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp lemon zest

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 185°C / 375°F.
  2. If peaches are firm, slice and sprinkle with a little sugar. Let sit 15–20 minutes.
  3. Melt butter directly in your baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk, vanilla, and lemon zest — the batter will be slightly runny.
  5. Spread ⅔ of the peaches over the melted butter.
  6. Pour the batter evenly on top.
  7. Add the remaining peaches.
  8. Bake for about 50 minutes, until golden and bubbling.

✨ Let cool for 10 minutes, then serve warm. Best enjoyed with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream!
